Flights  

Air transportation is included in the program and will be booked using information collected in the registration form.

 

Suggested Flight Parameters:

Arrivals: Wednesday, August 5th 

• Overnight flight departing the United States on Tuesday, August 4th

• Arrive into either Edinburgh or Glasgow by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5th

• If your departure city does not have flights landing early enough on Wednesday, August 5th, the William Grant & Sons Hospitality Team will reach out to arrange a suitable alternative.

Departures: Sunday, August 9th 

• Depart from Edinburgh or Glasgow International Airport

ARRIVALS

Your William Grant & Sons Hospitality Team is coordinating your ground transfers from the airport to Marine Troon. Upon arrival in Scotland, you will meet your driver after you pick up your luggage. Your driver will be holding a sign with the William Grant & Sons logo, and they will escort you to your vehicle for your ground transfer to Marine Troon. Please note you may share ground transfer with other group members who arrive at the same time as you.

Departures

In your welcome packet, your pickup time from Turnberry Hotel will be listed on the date of your departure. Your driver will meet you outside your accommodation for ground transportation to the airport.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided for all sponsored activities during the program. Ground transportation for functions that are not included in the program agenda will be at your expense.
